RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we do not accept returns for personalized or engraved items.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you change your mind.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow for up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

REFUND POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours. After 24 hours, orders will be processed and dispatched.

If the order is for a non-personalized item and you wish to cancel the order after 24 hours, the item must be returned at the buyer's cost in order to receive a refund. If the item is personalized, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item (if applicable) and will be credited to the original payment method used.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
